  • A multi-page project description with available location options (typically 4-6 million HUF per plot).

  • A detailed calculation and business plan after a phone or in-person consultation.

  • CAMPY brochure.

Project Execution

Once the contract is signed, project implementation begins.

  • Organization and Marketing: Budget includes project management and start-up marketing costs.

  • As an investor, you won’t need to do anything. You may also receive complimentary nights for personal use, enjoying free stays for several consecutive nights.

  • Infrastructure and Landscaping: We handle all aspects of planning, including OFF-GRID electricity, water, and sewage systems, as well as internal site transportation.

  • Collaboration: Details regarding contracts, ownership rights, and transparent calculations will be discussed privately. We will reach out to those who complete the contact form.
