CAMPY ECO CAMP

The same unit at a larger scale: twenty-seven guest units and a communal building, the sample project on roughly three hectares. Renewable energy, self-sufficient operation, scalable layout.

The picture shows a single CAMPY unit. The ECO CAMP is built from this unit; there is no rendering of the site yet.

The ECO CAMP is not a new product, it is the CAMPY unit multiplied. That is what makes the concept manageable at all: the unit is already finished, and the planning work is about installation, utilities and guest traffic, not about the accommodation unit itself.

Twenty-seven units and a communal building, the sample project on roughly three hectares. The three hectares here are not land to be built over: the distance between the units is the product, and that needs space.

The layout is scalable, so not all twenty-seven units have to be built in the first phase. This is one of the practical advantages of glamping over a hotel: the revenue of the first few units can finance the next, and in the meantime you find out what the guest asks for.

Renewable energy and self-sufficient operation. At this scale this is no longer just an environmental question, it replaces the cost and the lead time of a utility connection.

The solutions shown here illustrate possible layouts. Siting, investment cost and expected operation depend on the specific location and technical scope. We calculate the figures for your own site, and we tell you which of them are estimates.
