CAMPY is a unit, not a site. A single premium accommodation unit, designed to work on its own: it needs no reception building, no front desk and no shared bathroom block around it. That is what makes it possible to install it where a larger development would never pay off, at the edge of a vineyard, on a hillside, on the edge of a forest.

The Kőröshegy version stands on a hillside surrounded by vineyards. The glass roof is above the sleeping area, so a guest lying in bed sees the sky, not the ceiling. This is the detail that brings the guest back in this category, and the one that gets the photo shared.

A wooden hot tub stands on the terrace. On the Hungarian market the hot tub is one of the strongest booking arguments in the winter and shoulder months, which is exactly when off-season occupancy is decided.

Self-sufficient operation is not a marketing phrase: the unit is fitted with solar panels, and the plan handles water supply and wastewater on site as well. This takes the cost and the permitting time of a grid connection out of the project, which is often more than the price of the unit itself.

It is also available as a franchise, so anyone who has a plot but does not want to develop a product from scratch gets a finished unit and an operating framework.
